Tracking number in orders section of summary page

The tracking number for items purchased has disappeared from my Summary page. I have an email with the tracking number but the Orders section no longer shows tracking numbers. This is a huge loss for me as a buyer. Why was this changed?

Empty pkg received

I received an empty plastic mailer today from a Wenqi Dai. It had TLQ1615 on the outside and on an empty bag on the inside. Tracking number is 9400 1282 0633 5470 1294 11. Anyone recognize the name as a seller or scammer?
