What have you done if a seller never ships your item but charges you. I've had this happen, and the seller never responded to my request for an answer or a refund?

That what you are buying is coming from China and will take 3 weeks to get here. I could have just bought the memory from Amazon and had it a a few days .

Can't sign in to my old account

Hi I am having problems signing in to my old account, it doesn't recognise user name or email and I get a message saying the account doesn't exist. I have had to create this new account to try and resolve the issue.

I am trying to find out if you have to offer seller paid returns to get the Top Rated seal and benefits. One place states you just need to offer 30 day returns and something I received via email stated that I need to offer Seller Paid 30 day returns....
