I would like to get the money back for my card. What procedure do I follow?

I am trying to get the money,$200, that i spent buying a card that the person refused. Now I would like my money back. How do I go about doing this? Thanx

eBay gift cards are not returnable or refundable.  You can not sell them here.  You can only use them to make purchases on eBay.
