What to do about a refund on an expired debit card?

I was refunded for an item that never arrived, however, that card is no longer valid. Can I get it refunded to the bank account associated with the card instead?

eBay do the right thing. Any formula being sold here is one less that should be in in the hands of a family driving from store to store.

I was threatened in an email that if I left a negative feedback then my they were going to take a screenshot of my email and file harassment charges on me.. I need to know what to do that's a threat

Winner bid was made after the time limit.

I lost the auction because winner bid was accepted after time limit. 

Listings being removed

I just had another listing removed alleging that it is a recalled item. I went to the website and it has not ever been recalled.

Is a cashiers check okay to accept for payment

I am new to selling. Someone contacted me and wants to pay with a cashier check. They said when it clears they would have a shipper come and get the item. Are these things alright? Seems odd as I have it listed as local pickup.
