Was Threatened

I was threatened in an email that if I left a negative feedback then my they were going to take a screenshot of my email and file harassment charges on me.. I need to know what to do that's a threat

So what was the problem?  Did you NOT receive the item you paid for?  Did you receive the item but it is not as described?

Go to your Purchase History and locate the item.  You have 30 days from receipt of the item (or 30 days from the last estimated delivery date) to either file a case.  Select I didn't receive it, or Return this item because it is not as described.

You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
