Missing seller items

I have been away from ebay selling for a few months. Now that I am back to selling, all of my listings are gone. Does anybody know where they went, and more importantly, can they be retrieved? Or do I have to relist every item again? Thanks

Bid cancellation

My payout keeps getting canceled and the amount is credited to my account, when I do express payouts

I choose express payout and my available funds are 1 thousand and fifty seven dollars, and it charges me the express payout fee of around 15$, then immediately it says the payout was canceled and the money is shown back in my account
