Buyer didn't pay and now is bidding again
I had a buyer win 2 auctions. He never paid so the order was cancelled. Now that they are relisted he is bidding again. Can I block him or report him because he might not pay again? Or he's scamming and trying to get it for cheaper than the last time...
Unprofessional business practices
For your information, seller will cancel your purchase and make up false claims, ie something wrong with shipping address, if they sale their product cheaper than the one that is more. I've never had a seller do that before. Dont buy from them!
