I placed an eBay order; pd with PayPal; never got the items.The trans. disappeared from eBay.

So, I can't even contact the seller. Using a statement from PayPal it says the seller is eBay Commerce, Inc. Is that not eBay as I know it. Is there a different contact?

Date I listed an item

Is anyone else noticing that eBay has removed the "mark question as answered" feature? The vast majority of the questions/comments I receive I answer via my cell phone. Amazingly enough, eBay won't recognize that a buyer has been contacted via mobile...
