Resolved! Virtual Item payments on hold

So I recently sold a virtual item, but ebay still have my payment on hold because I need to provide them a tracking number. This item dosen’t have a tracking number hence it’s virtual. I have proof of the trade and everything what should I do?

Item mailed back to seller for refund on January 7, but as yet, not received.

Post office had package on January 14th but no movement since that date. As of the 22nd, package has not been received. Post Office acknowledges delay, but no weather issues reported on route from Oregon to Tennessee by the Post Office.
