New International Shipping Program

My question is this, I currently don't have International shipping on any of my listings but do have GSP. Should I turn off GSP so that EBay international shipping will take over. I'm so confused.

I just recently opened an ebay store, I'm just creating a new listing, but nothing but "other" comes up for my store categories, is this normal?
