Issued refund to wrong buyer. How do I get Ebay to reverse it?
No problem with the buyer. They are happy with the sale but I issued a refund intended for another buyer who changed their mind. I need Ebay to reverse the refund.

Sellers incomplete and misleading description
An ebay seller is failing/refusing to add that a component of an item, an integral part if its design, is missing. Doesn't ebay have guidelines and rules about misrepresentation of an item listed for sale?

As a seller, can I change the shipping company to UPS if the buyer already requested USPS
I just sold my first item but am confused on the shipping. It says the buyer paid for shipping and chose USPS but I need to bring it to UPS and have them pack and ship it. Is that ok?
