Hello…can I get a refund of the money I spent for a USPS shipping label from Ebay that I cannot use?

international invoice was sent to buyer with wrong price

International buyer has purchased before ... was sent invoice saying price in US dollars is $93 when it was $75 and shipping is $60 when it was suppose to be $15

Resolved! Ebay is collecting shipping money from both buyer and seller

My purchaser paid $55 to eBay for shipping costs, then eBay took $46 from my profits for the shipping label. Why is eBay collecting shipping monies from both the buyer and the seller?
