90-day total dollars sold is incorrect

90-day total dollars sold is incorrect. Why does Ebay include items that were cancelled? For tax purposes, I did not sell items that were canceled, but Ebay does not remove them from the tallied $ dollars. Anyone know, why this is so? (Thanks!)
