Looking at various clothing categories, I used to be able to specify that I only wanted to see items located in a certain region. In this case the United States. Am I missing something or did Ebay take this option away and I have to see all the items...

Resolved! Postage due
A buyer has a postage due for special handling fee. I didn’t know it will be a huge issue and I’m an idiot for using a cremated box. I think usps thought there was remains in it. What should I do? Refund the buyers for the amount he pay for postage?
