Customer purchased 10 items over 2 orders. I shipped everything in 1 package and uploaded the tracking number for the 5 items in the second order, but eBay is still showing 'partially shipped' for the second order under my Orders tab. It accepted the tracking number for 3 of the 5 items but even though I entered the tracking number for the remaining 2 items it's not showing. How do I get this cleared out?

If the tracking # isn't there, then enter it again. With those long #s, try copying and pasting.
If the user ID is not exactly the same for both transactions, then the buyer likely ordered as a guest. When they do, the user ID will be different on each transaction. In that case, it's best to ship the orders separately so you aren't dinged for not entering tracking. eBay doesn't allow the same tracking # for different user IDs.

It's the same seller ID.
The tracking number is there, but ebay is not recognizing it for some reason for 2 of the 5 items even though it's the same tracking number for all 5 items.
But never mind, I figured it out. I marked it as 'Shipped' and it cleared out of my order queue.

Unfortunately, that won't prevent a defect for not uploading tracking on time.
If you've tried again and are sure there is nothing different about the two transaction, you might consider contacting eBay to see if they can help.

I always marked it as "Shipped" for items I send using stamps and no tracking number. I've never had a problem with it.
I tried contacting ebay support but never received a phone call. I got an email saying they tried contacting me but was unable to for unknown reasons. Lovely! They really need a chat or email option.
