Tracking information is incorrect

Buyer received item but eBay does not show it was delivered. How can I get eBay to fix this?

@pearlsofthepast  when u input the tracking number into the shipping company's website, ie USPS, does it show delivered?

did u input the tracking number onto the item when u shipped it?

FedEx did not scan the label that I purchased on eBay. Therefore, the package never updated while in transit. The assigned tracking number still shows as " label created" and no transit info. They did, however, deliver. The buyer confirmed to me. Very strange situation that I can't find an answer to.
