I confirmed with both FedEx and the US Post Office that drop off could be done at either facility. The label has tracking for both FedEx and US Post. The problem was that neither one scanned the label at hand off. But as you mentioned, I was lucky th...

Thank you for the information. In the future I will no longer select this type of shipping option. You are correct in that the hand off process is where things went wrong. I'm lucky the item was delivered.
