Small Refunds

Hi. Yesterday I started to receive small refunds from eBay. Nothing large. All under a dollar. Got one today. I have no idea what is going on with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@mikekind.  Are you by chance located in Michigan?  Michigan passed a law that sales tax is not to be charged on shipping.     eBay is playing catch up and refunding the sales tax overcharges.

Yes. I did get a reply back from eBay what is going on at the time. Not located in Michigan but another state but had purchases.
