Hi. Yesterday I started to receive small refunds from eBay. Nothing
large. All under a dollar. Got one today. I have no idea what is going

Hi. Many thanks for the reply back on this question. Yes. I did get a
reply back from eBay what is going on at the time. Not located in
Michigan but another state but had purchases. Thank you again. Have a
