Seller manipulating auction bids

Seller wants me to pay.. For item that the oubidder.. Cancelled/retracted. I am not paying for this item. Seller is suspect of bid manipulation

If you won the auction, you must pay for it regardless of how you became the winning bidder.

• If the original winner backed out of the transaction after the auction ended, you are NOT obligated to purchase it.
• If the auction was still ongoing and the other bidder backed out before the auction ended and you became highest bidder and won, then you DO need to pay for it as per Ebay requirements for buyers.
