If you won the auction, you must pay for it regardless of how you became the winning bidder.

Well that's **bleep** because seller wanted my higher bid after.. The original winner canceled?.... WELL WHY CAN'T I CANCEL TOO THEN. IT'S A WIN WIN FOR THE SELLER REGARDLESSLY.. AND IT'S MANIPULATION, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY REGARDLESS OF EBAY STUPID AUCTIONS THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. NO BUYER PROTECTION. ILL JUST BUY IT.. NEVER RECEIVE IT.. AND CLAIM REFUND. END OF STORY. THANK YOU❤🙏🙏 EFFING EBAY. OR.. DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND STICK TO VERY TRUSTWORTHY BUYER FAVORED... "AMAZON".. HAPPY SHOPPING EVERYONE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣... I WILL GET THE LAST LAUGH CHINA...!!!!!! 🤪

Calm down please.
- If the original winner backed out of the transaction after the auction ended, you are NOT obligated to purchase it.
- If the auction was still ongoing and the other bidder backed out before the auction ended and you became highest bidder and won, then you DO need to pay for it as per Ebay requirements for buyers.
Which scenario fits your situation?
Do you have an item # or link to the listing so that we can view the bidding history in order to further advise you?

Thank you for providing the bidding history page. Since the bid cancellation of $75 occurred while the auction was still ongoing, you won the item for $31.00. Now you pay for the item you won.
