If I win 2 auctions from the same seller, can they both be combined for shipping?

It depends.  Some sellers do and some do not.  It depends also on the items.  If one item is a book and the other is not, then no, combined shipping is not an option.  It isn't always cheaper because of weight and size limitations and extra fees by the USPS.  This is a question  for the seller and a question to ask before you bid.  Sellers are not required to do this and buyers cannot insist they do this.

It depends on how the seller has set things up or if the seller is willing to accommodate you.

If it matters to your bidding, ask the seller first.

Thanks for the effort. It has been answered.  Seller gave me the answer after requesting combined shipping.
