Seller does not answer questions

Seller won`t answer questions! And hide information, like does the item work? How can a buyer bid if they don`t communicate and have negitive feedback about it.   If a seller ignores a buyer there is a problem.

If a seller does not answer important questions about the item, you should not bid/buy from them.

Most questions should be answered in the item description.

You're right. If a seller won't work to get a sale, imagine what will happen after the sale i there is a problem. Knowing that, move on and find a better seller.

If the seller has negative feedback isn't that a sign to just stay away? The buyers leave feedback so future buyers can be informed.
