I never received a refund for a voided label.. what do i do?

It takes about 21 days to receive your refund for a voided label. Has it been longer than that?

The only reason for not receiving a refund would be if the label was actually used.

Your "only reason above" is incorrect. On 6-14-22 I requested that a label with tracking # 9405508205499438050912 be voided. If you check USPS tracking (not Ebay tracking) you will find that the USPS facility near me is still waiting on this package.  Either they never received a request to void by eBay or the never responded as expected.  Once the eBay system ties the destroyed label and the actual label created by using the order # you will see the same information no matter which one you look at (using labels report). Each label looked at also references the other. The fact USPS has not received the label should be enough for them to void it (if they got the request. I don't even know if eBay sees this explanation or not. Please advise how I do so if this post is not sufficient.

eBay offers shipping labels as a convenience.  The postage money is sent to USPS ... which is who handles the refund of a voided label.

If you voided the label within 5 days of creating it ... then USPS should have sent a refund within 2-3 weeks.  I don't know why they wouldn't have refunded you last June ... but it is USPS you need to contact.  eBay has nothing to do with refunding voided shipping label costs.

I'm really sorry this happened, but a year is a long time to wait before inquiring about your refund.  I'm not sure what records USPS still has.
