Ripped off

I had a case of four Canon camera kits.  Sold all four of them.  One buyer receives his kit and files a claim that I sent him junk.  The buyer takes pictures of a different camera and claims this is what I sent.  I received the return box with only the camera body that the buyer showed in the pictures.  eBay expects me to refund the buyer 100% and take the loss!!

The buyer must return the item in the same condition in which it was received. If the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts, some sellers may deduct the loss in value from the amount refunded to the buyer. For more information, see our Condition of returned items policy
