Issue with changing shipping method

Hi, we listed a couple of new Canon batteries in which someone purchased them. When we took them to the post office, they gave us a hard time shipping them. So instead of dealing with that issue, I went to my local Fedex center and asked them to ship them and told them they were Lithium Ion Batteries.  They were able to ship them no problem.

 

I let the buyer know of the change and gave them the tracking number. We didn't ask the buyer for additional money or anything - just let them know that they were going via Fedex instead. They have since been delievered.

 

My issue is I cannot seem to change method of shipment - so the item still says "Undelivered".  Is there a way to change this and provide the FEDEX tracking information?

Issue with changing shipping method

Did you print out a USPS shipping label?  If so, you need to VOID that label.  Go to    Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

You have 5 days from date of printing in order to void the label.  The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.

 

Now you have to enter the tracking number for the Fed Ex shipment.
