How do I not accept a return. 

The item I sent was brand new and as described . The buyer installed and then realized it didn't suit their needs. 

They have now requested a return and claimed it is not as described. 

How can I stop this scam.

There is nothing you can do to stop the return.  

You will have to accept the return and refund on receipt of the return.

Are you a top rated seller? You may have other options if you are.  In some cases, Top Rated sellers can hold back up to 50% of the return if the item is returned damaged or not in the condition sent.
