Hello I sold beautiful English dishes, double wrapped marked fragile, they arrived all broken, boxes crushed now buyer wants a refund, where do I stand, I get no help from eBay automated assistant thank you

You will have to refund in full to the buyer.
Afte that, you can file an insurance claim with the carrier. It is your responsibility to file and show proof that they are damaged.
eBay will side with the buyer in this case.
