I have a new eBay buyer who purchased an item. I went to ship item and they left out the street name (they have a street #) I sent a couple of messages through eBay asking them to fix this. I also called the contact number and they didn’t answer and there was no answering machine. I don’t want to have to cancel the item but what is another option? The address appears on a Google search but I don’t want to ship not knowing if it is correct. Any ideas?

I wouldn't ship it. You can legitimately cancel that order using the reason "Problem with Buyer's Address" and you will not be penalized.

Thank you for the reply. I did cancel the order and let them know they could buy it again. They did end up purchasing the item again with a corrected address.
