Has anyone had an item listed and it sold for a lesser price overnight? I had a ten listed for 14.99 and woke up this morning to find it sold for 11.00. I had an offer for 13.00 from another buyer but did not accept. No offer was sent of this transaction it just sold for a cheaper price.

It's possible that "Automatic Offers" was turned on for your listing.
You can sort to find the listings with Automatic offers on using filters in Seller Hub Active Listings page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
1) Find your listing on Seller Hub here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) From the Edit drop-down to the left, select "View Offer Settings"
3) On the slide out to the right Offer Settings> Send offers to buyers, click "Automatically send offers On"
4) Turn the "Automatically send offers" switch off
5) Click Done
6) Click Update Offer Settings
Check any future offers you send to confirm the switch is OFF as shown here:
