Long story, but I’ll try to keep it short. I sent an item to a buyer who loved the item. My sister accidentally mailed another item to this person, that they did not order. eBay’s automated agent told me to have them do a return item on the item they received and bought, but to send the unwanted item back. The buyer was fine with doing so. I received the item back, but it’s now saying that I need to give them a refund. Even though they never purchased the other item that was mistakenly sent. Sigh. It won’t let me not send a refund. What can I do?

I believe this Buyer just needs to close that return.
