Open IT Issue unresolved for a long time - who/how can I find someone to resolve?

@steve-tulsa   Ebay works on the issues that have the most complaints first, so if your issue hasn't had a lot of complaints then it could be a LOOOONG time before the problem is fixed.

What type of issue are you having?  While we can't fix the site we often know work arounds for the latest tech issues

My photos didn't get transferred from draft to active listing and first technical support people that I talked to couldn't figure out why so they initiated an IT Ticket last week ( that was supposed to be resolved in 24-48 hours)   Now I can't even find a way to contact them but the issues are still unresolved.   Only thing that seems to be working is Accounting charging me for those listings

Are you using the ebay app or a computer?  Are your images in JPG format and are they at least 500 pixels on the longest side?
