I bought a pair of shoes on 7/21/21 and they didn't fit. I returned them and tracked them back to the seller receiving them on 7/29/21. I have have messaged the seller 3 times to try to get my refund and I can't get the seller to respond. I also can not figure out how to get Ebay to step in on my behalf. The online help says:
How to ask us to step in
"See request details" does not exist when I look at my transaction history for the item purchased. Does anyone know what I can do? I would like Ebay to help instead of having to contact my credit card company but I can't figure out how to engage Ebay for this. Please help!!

In order to follow the steps, you first had to file a Returns Request, print the prepaid shipping label, send the item back to the seller, the tracking states DELIVERED. Once that happens, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you go back to the Returns Request and click Ask ebay to step in. Since you returned the item back in July, I think it is too late for ebay to help you. I suggest you contact your credit card issuer regarding a charge back, giving them the tracking number to show the item was returned to the seller, in order to get your money back.
