I haven't used this account in years, forgot it existed. I got an email a couple weeks ago saying that I had $50 worth of unpaid sellers fees (which I had never received any notice of in 6 years) and that I have a month to make the payment otherwise it's sent to collections. I logged in and the one time payment link doesn't work, my account is restricted and I cant update my account to try to regain seller status, absolutely nothing works and anything I try to get to the payment page leads to a "We ran into an error please try again later" error message. Called support 5 times since then all to the same answer of "Its a technical issue please wait 24-48 hours and we'll try again" absolutely useless. Ive scoured every single ebay community and reddit post to no avail. How is a business going to threaten someone with collections over unpaid fees and then not let them pay the fees. I'm assuming this issue was caused by the transition to "managed payments" since I've used this account but either way, nothings working and I need help.
