Label wasn’t used by usps and can’t be voided? How do I get the money back ?

We have 28 days to void/ cancel a UDPS shipping label.  Why can’t you void yours?  Did you wait too long?

Did you print the label through eBay?  Did the USPS scan the label before deciding it could not be used?  How long ago was the label printed before you tried to void it?
