Items not ordered

Seller says items (which I haven’t ordered) have been delivered and the transactions are now pending for payment on my credit card. I can’t get a reply from the supposed seller. How do I make contact with e-bay?

How did you find out about this order? If you received an email about it, do not click on any links in the email; it may be a scam, particularly if there is a message that your credit card will be charged if you do not respond. eBay does not actually send invoices that say things like that.

If there are purchases shown on your credit card statement that you did not make or that you cannot identify, you should contact your card issuer to report that to get more details or to dispute the transaction.

eBay can only help with orders that appear in your own eBay account, not purchases made using someone else's account.
