Is there still a resolution center? How do I find it?

No luck finding a "Resolution Center"  does it still exist?  How do I find it?  Is there still a phone number for eBay customer service?  Where do I find that?

As a buyer, in your Purchase history, you can click I haven't received my item, or I want to return my item.

As a seller, you can file a cancellation on day 5 if the buyer has not paid.

To contact Ebay Customer Service, use this link and click on "have us call you":

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.

Hi @mygrandpaandme

I don’t believe the Resolution Center exists any more … but we can still do the things that we once began in that center.

Buyers go to their Purchase History to file ‘Item not received’ disputes or ‘Return Requests’.

Sellers cancel unpaid items using ‘Buyer hasn’t paid’ as the reason.

eBay no longer can be reached by phone … but we can request a callback OR contact CS reps on social media.

eBay got rid of the Resolution Center a couple of years ago.   Last I saw any links to it led to a page with links to your Purchase History (if you are a buyer) or Seller Hub/My eBay:Selling (if a seller), where the tools supposedly are.   They did not do anything to come close to the search function where you could search for and filter past cases by type etc.
