Hi,
I sold an item on ebay. Item was delivered 5 days ago, but ebay is not updating tracking, and now money is still on hold! I can't chat with them nor call them since I'm an international seller. I asked the buyer to send feedback thinking that might help, however buyer is not replying.
What to do please?!

@theretrocottage Did you use one the integrated shipping methods for imports? Scroll down to the import section>

If not then the tracking won't update automatically in eBay's system. You also must have a SIGNATURE on delivery since the sale totaled more than $750 to have tracking proof of delivery.
Without the signature your funds may be held longer than the normal 30 days new seller Payout Hold
Since you are located in another country the only way to contact eBay customer service is social media.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Thanks for the reply. I contacted them on X and they weren't helpful at all! They kept saying go to "contact us" and chat with them. I tried that several times but since i'm not in the US or Canada, I can't call them, chat with them or have them call me! So frustrated!

Be sure to tell them that you are not able to get a chat agent.
I honestly think that the chat "agents " on the help page are just AI bots now.
Keep in mind that as a new seller you are subject to payout holds of 30 days, sometimes longer.
