I offered an item on ebay, and i received a message from ebay saying your item was sold, when i check my paypal it says money is on hold or something! how do i know that person real paid me or not so I can send him the item??

Thanks for the reply. I contacted them on X and they weren't helpful at all! They kept saying go to "contact us" and chat with them. I tried that several times but since i'm not in the US or Canada, I can't call them, chat with them or have them call...
