It's a very absurd situation.

I bought "Nike Aeroft 800 Men's Down Running Vest" on eBay on February 4th, but the clothes didn't ship even after a long time, so I raised the issue with the seller through eBay. I opened the case. But the seller said he sent the clothes and said he would check with USPS. Then, I received a reply from the customer center on the 23rd of last month. I've been waiting until now because the seller said he would resend the clothes with a new tracking number. But I got a notification that the item had been shipped, and the case I filed was automatically closed. But when I checked the product I received, it was completely different from what I bought. I'm sending you a picture of the item I received. I bought "Nike Aeroft 800 Men's Down Running Vest" and it arrived with "Check Shirt." So I appealed again to eBay Customer Center, which unilaterally informed me that the case had already been completed, and I can't open the case anymore. I received a completely different case from what I bought, but is it possible for eBay to unilaterally close the case. The cost of the "Nike Aeroft 800 Men's Down Running Vest" is much more expensive than the shirt. I find it absolutely absurd.

If you had initially filed a Refund Request due to item not received, and that case was closed, you should now be able to file a Return Request due to item not as described.
