Do these earrings look bent? Buyer is claiming they are bent and this is the picture they sent. I checked before I sent out and they were fine when I sent them out. I’m worried buyer did something to them to get a refund and keep item! Just need some extra feedback
The top post looks slightly bent to me, but it does not matter. If the buyer opens a not as described return, you must accept the return or refund without return.
You do not have to let the buyer keep the item - you can require them to return the earrings before you refund.
Apologize for the damage and ask the buyer to open a return request. Explain that you will be happy to refund when you receive their return.
