How to process a refund to buyer

Hello,

I no longer have the item to sell.

How do I refund the Buyer?

You will need to cancel the transaction, and the refund will be automatic.

1. Go to Orders in Seller Hub or in My eBay
2. Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
3. Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

Be aware that if you back out of your obligation as a seller, you will receive consequences from Ebay.
