All my listings say "no returns". Buyer purchased the item and received it. Buyer then wanted to return item as it did not fit. I did not send a return label before I sent a refund for the purchase price only. Now the buyer wants me to cancel the refund, he will pay for the item again. He says he cannot locate the item because he is moving. I agreed to refund the item price but not the return shipping, therefore no return label was issued.
What are my options now? Thank you.

UPDATE. I sent a PayPal invoice to the buyer and they paid with Venmo and I received the purchase price (again). I am unsure if the buyer will want to try and return once he has moved and located the item (per his email).
Now I have a second person requesting a refund for an item that was unopened which the buyer says does not work. I was able to refund via eBay, unlike the previous buyer. Just fyi and another question. Does anyone else have "No Returns" and refund buyers when they complain about an item?

Thanks for your help. Yes, I sent a PayPal invoice and the buyer paid and kept the item. I expect that he may have lost or resold the item (said he had moved and could not locate), so the solution worked for me.
All the best and happy eBaying!
