How do I agree to these updated terms ?

I fall asleep trying to read every line of the new agreement and navigation is almost impossible to understand it's Legalese verbage. I do understand the n3cessity for said terms and I will agree to them. Yet, there isn't a checkbox and/or button to finalize my agreement of these new terms and to inform eBay that I agree to them.  I'd appreciate any info on how to complete this process before May 16th, 2025. Thank you Community 😊

To agree to the User Agreement, there is nothing you need to do. Just continue using Ebay.

Just continue to use the services of eBay !!
If you're a buyer:  buy something, including paying for it. 
If you're a seller:   list something.
