Discontinued selling for the last three years. Now, I want to continue selling. While adding a new debit card from a new (to me) account, the system will not let me do such until I justify my identity using a long-closed checking account number.
I cannot go forward until I remove old checking account. I no longer have records from old checking account.
Please advise.
