Not delivered

Hello, I need your help. Note that I have several open cases for packages not received. Apparently there is a situation with the shipping company and the company that receives my packages since there are already several. I have been investigating the issue and I have found out that USPS marks as the package delivered before this happens since they deliver their packages to an assigned agent so that agent apparently has not delivered the packages that are going to my address, I have complained or asked the sellers and they have been contacted I contact you but you simply respond that the package is marked as delivered so I need you to somehow make a claim to the shipping company. I have several lost packages.

I've never heard of USPS turning over packages to an assigned agent within the US. Is this what you see on the tracking? You should contact the carrier supervisor or postmaster at your post office.

If the packages are delivered but stolen after deliver to your address, that falls under your responsibility as you need to supply a safe delivery location. Once delivered, you take possession. A stolen package is the same as anything else stolen off your property.
