Contacting a person

Why is there no way to contact eBay by phone.  Six hours of trying and still not successful.  eBay will have to step in some time and solve the issue.  Certainly, I cannot talk with a person.  What a mess eBay has become.

Thank you.  I have totally given up on eBay.  Six hours trying to get help is my limit.  eBay since they trashed PayPal I cannot get even an accounting of what I sold.  It is a total mess now.

eBay refused to proses a refund to a buyer today.  I cannot believe how I have been treated.
