For the love of god how do you contact a real person on ebay.

"Buy without worry" etc etc is just flannel and words when you just cant resolve something simple!!!

How do I get to talk or chat with a real person to resolve a return? (No you cant click return or contact the seller)

click on the 'help & contact’ button located at the top and bottom of ebay pages to chat or receive a call back.

depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back.

Help and Support is automated chat that just loops you round and gives you this.. Sure Im missing something but so frustrated now am at the point of giving up if FB does not get me a refund process.

When you see the "chat with an automated assistant" link, click on it

-in the Help Chat box that opens click on "See more" until you see the "Contact an agent" option,
or...type "Agent" in the reply box to bypass the bots
You should see the option to Chat with agent, or have them call you.
