Cannot find out how to revise a listing that Ebay flagged in error.

Ebay accused me of going outside to contact buyer, but I did not.  They removed listing, and I cannot find anywhere to find out what the details are or to revise listing.  How can I reach a human, or are there any to contact to get more info.

You need to understand how eBay's bots monitor listings.  They strip out the spaces between the characters and look for prohibited things.  In your case the most likely reason is you have a string of numbers from 7 to 10 numbers long.  This can be interpreted as a phone number.  Also, if the bots see an "@" sign it will interpret it as an email address.  You can ask eBay customer service if one of these is being seen by the bots and removing the listing.
