I have had an item suspended because of a supposed policy violation,
selling or contacting buyer outside of Ebay. This did not happen. I
cannot get the item delisted or find a human to discuss it with. If
nothing else, I want to delete and relist but...
Ebay accused me of going outside to contact buyer, but I did not. They
removed listing, and I cannot find anywhere to find out what the details
are or to revise listing. How can I reach a human, or are there any to
contact to get more info.
